DRIVER PORTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using the FaciliFleet Driver Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this portal. 2. AUTHORIZED USE ONLY This portal is accessible only to drivers formally invited and authorized by their organization's administrator. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. 3. DATA ACCURACY You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you submit, including fuel logs, vehicle inspections, and trip records. False or inaccurate submissions may result in disciplinary action. 4. DATA SHARING All data you enter (fuel logs, inspections, trip records) will be automatically shared with your organization's management platform and may be reviewed by authorized administrators. 5. VEHICLE INSPECTIONS You are required to complete a daily vehicle inspection before operating any company vehicle. Failure to report known vehicle issues may result in liability. 6. FUEL LOGGING All fuel purchases made using company funds must be logged immediately after fueling. Receipts must be attached where possible. 7. PRIVACY Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Location and usage data may be collected for operational purposes. 8. CONDUCT You agree to use this portal professionally and honestly. Any misuse, falsification of records, or unauthorized sharing of access credentials is grounds for immediate suspension. 9. LIABILITY FaciliFleet is not liable for any damages arising from your use or misuse of this portal. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and your organization's policies. 10. MODIFICATIONS These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
