Required onceFaciliFleet Platform Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the FaciliFleet platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. FaciliFleet is a facility and fleet management platform operated by Izyo Digital Ltd.
1. Acceptable Use. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to facility and fleet management within your organization. You will not share login credentials or attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
2. Data Privacy. All data entered into FaciliFleet remains the property of your organization. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Service Availability. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
5. Intellectual Property. FaciliFleet and all related content are owned by Izyo Digital Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.
6. Termination. Your access may be revoked at any time by your organization administrator or by FaciliFleet for breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
